Fiona D.Campbell is a British national who was born and raised in India and Pakistan. She has lived in the Asia-Pacific region for over 30 years, during which time she assisted in the establishment of two apartment-hotel complexes with exhibition centers in Tianjin and Shenzen, as well as accompanied human resources managers to Beijing and Shanghai to acquire data about expatriate life in China. 

A life-long expatriate herself, she understands only too well the needs of expats and their families. Based on her infinite passion for the Chinese people and their culture, as well as her extensive knowledge of the real estate market, Fiona founded FDC Relocations Ltd in 1986, wrote the Setting up in Hong Kong guidebook in 1990 and continues to support individuals and businesses in relocating expatriates throughout Asia.

Fiona is also an accomplished interior decorator and art connoisseur. Several of the homes and offices she has decorated were featured in local and international magazines.
